Our users have problems editing their blogs.

When you click edit, the editor is launched and stays in its loading mode. The edit window popup stays white.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you update your following details at your first post so we can better have a check?

1. Joomla backend URL
2. Superadmin login access
3. FTP access

Sorry but we can't give access to the backend for this server (Internal Policy). We don't have the issue on the backend and can add or update blog posts there.

The problem happens on the front end anyway.

Did you try to post something on the website?

Thanks for getting back to us, but that was difficult for us to check if there any 3rd party plugin conflict with this without access your backend.

Okay, try rename this jQueryeasy plugin folder from Joomlafolder/plugins/system/jqueryeasy <- and see is it load faster now.

Good guess. Now it is working. Still a little slow but acceptable.

Renaming a folder was a test. What should we do to make the fix permanent? What impact will it have on the rest of the server?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It actually depend on whether you want to continue use this jQueryEasy plugin on your site, if you would like to use perhaps you can send us your jQueryEasy installer file so I can better have a check in my local and see whether we can apply some fix so when you open composer pop up, it will not render the jQueryEasyPlugin.

Or you can try following method to solve this so the jQueryEasy will not render on Easyblog page.

1. Go to the jQueryEasy plugin configuration;
2. Go to the [Advanced site options] tab;
3. In the "Disable in pages" textbox, enter */news-from-the-industry?view=composer&tmpl=component*
4. Save the configuration.

And try open composer pop up again on frontend and see can work or not, if still can't, go back that "Disable in Pages" setting there change to */news-from-the-industry* and save it.

Perfect. We renamed the folder as it was originally and added the menu items using Easyblog and it works. Thanks for your help and a great product.
