Regarding this error, it is not generated from Easysocial.

It might be some where on your site setting configure to show Recaptcha in Joomla article creation page, but some how this recaptcha doesn't render properly on the page, so when you click on the submit button, it show you these error.

Perhaps you can take a look at my attached screenshot below and see whether when you set to "NONE - Selected" option, is it can solve this error.

However, I am really sorry but unfortunately this is beyond the scope of our support and we would not be able to assist you on this.
