I have checked your site and found out that you have set in your live_site value as http://www.cateringbysalinas.com . http://screencast.com/t/YwgYcjm1 . So your Joomla site will always refer to this URL (http://cateringbysalinas.com )

So you have 2 option to how to make it enable to upload media.

1. Put "www" infront your website every time you open your front end. Or

2. Remove your live_site value inside your configuration.ini

The reason that you are hitting this redirection is actually because you did not create any menu item to EasyBlog. I have created a menu item to EasyBlog and it works fine now
