Hi there

From your experience is it difficult to switch from "Membership Pro" to "PayPlans". I am interested in buying "PayPlans" but do not know how the transition would work and what happens with the existing subscribers.

Kind regards
Cosmin
To be frank with you, we never migrate the data from Membership Pro to Payplans before, so currently I can't confirm with you whether it will work correctly 100% after migration.

And we need some time to understand how this Membership Pro work, because it is not only involved the current configuration, it also will involved for their current table structure.

May i know you mean a few customers is less than 10 users?

If that is the case, I think you can manual assign those existing registered user subscription plan in Payplans since that is no involved with the recurring subscription, so you can manually set the subscription expired date to the existing user.

Hello Cosmin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It really depends on which payment gateway and how are you using Membership Pro. Perhaps if you could provide us with more details about how is Membership Pro being used on your site as well as which payment gateway do you have?

By the way, what about recurring subscriptions? Do you have any recurring subscriptions on your existing subscribers?

Hi there

I use PayPal for now but will change to Stripe. I only have few customers for now and do not use recurring subscriptions. Also, there is only one Subscription type available. This will change in the future to at least two: a short term one with rather limited access and an yearly one with full access to all the features.

Hope the above makes sense

Kind regards
Cosmin
