Hm, I have just checked your site's database and it looks like the user did not approve your friend request actually. I have tried to reproduce this error locally but I can't seem to reproduce this. I have tried to use my account to add the user as friend and the state is the same like the state that you have there. Do you have the password for the user account laisa78 ? I want to try to use her account to approve the friendship and see what happens.

that is strange
i just realized that others users that she approved (regarding to the stream post) did have her as a friend in their user list, not only Jclaude24

I have contacted her to temporally change the password and let us using her profile
(she will put same password that you have for stackideas access on my site)

i will let you know as soon as it'll be done
