Frequent disconnection

Hello,

We use the Easysocial connection on our site.

However, users sometimes complain of frequent, unjustified disconnections. We do not know yet why, on which page the disconnection takes place.

However, on the next page, we are regularly disconnected :
https://www.leweborateur.fr/contactez-nous

Do you have any idea what can cause a disconnection (javascript conflict, cache, etc.) ?

After tested several times, it seems like I still appear logged in when i access this page https://www.leweborateur.fr/contactez-nous .

Can you test again is it you still can able replicate this issue when you access this contact page then it will automatically logged out?

Hello,

Yesterday, when we are connected to this page, we are disconnected at the first refresh.

Regarding this page in particular, we found another component that should meet our expectations and that does not disconnect the user. This is a good solution for now.

If we find other strange disconnections, we will try to note when this happens.
