French Language Installation/Update fails

Hello

When I try to update the French language, I get an error (see attached image).
It used to work before...

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried to `purge cache` > `discover` first then only click on French language and update , it work fine correctly in your dev site.
