Hey there,

For PayPlans, you can look for it to install it at Backend > PayPlans > Languages as shown in the screenshot.

For Joomla, you can look for it to install it at Backend > Extensions > Install Languages as shown in the 2nd screenshot.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
