Hi folks,

When users upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, the free plan stays active instead of going to "Status - Expired". This means that the menu ACL from the free plan persists and it makes it look like the upgrade didn't work. I have to manually set free plans to "Status - Expired" in order to make it work. Can you help?

Thanks!

James
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tested in my locally, it seems like it will mark that subscription plan as what you upgrade from to expired state.

May i know do you have a development site to allow us to do some testing?

Or can we have the permission to setup another Paypal app instance to use sandbox mode?

Thank you for your help as always, Arlex! Yes, I would appreciate another sandbox to test this more fully. What info do you need from me to set that up?

You're most welcome.

I assume you do not have any development site currently right?

Because this is what i trying to test on your site :

1. Setup another Paypal instance for sandbox mode http://take.ms/nNymN , so your site user will see another paypal payment from the checkout page.

2. I need your Paypal Sandbox Merchant Email.
