It's entirely possible. That would require some customizing, though. You'd have to make another custom type, like they did for me to enable EasyBlog. You'd be pulling information from a custom table that would have at least the tag value and a URL. You could contact them to see how much this type of customization would cost.

Oh, and just found this out if you haven't already: Append this to your Vimeo URL to set start time.
