I'm doing some cleaning on my site and found a foundry folder in media/foundry and when I searched for it, it seems like it's a part of Stackideas extensions. I'm using Easyblog and Komento and was wondering if foundry is a part of those extensions or if I can remove the media/foundry folder?
Hello Erik,

Foundry is actually the DNA of all our extensions. It's the javascript framework which we have written and used across all our extensions

I see. In the foundry folder I have two versions of the foundry framework, 2.1 and 3.1. I looked at a clean Joomla installation with Easyblog and Komento and it seems like only 3.1 is in use right now. Meaning I could remove the 2.1 folder?

Thanks!

I also found a js folder in my foundry folder, is that legit?

/media/foundry/js/

It contains two files:

jquery.mvc.js

jquery.scrollTo.js

Hello Erik,

I believe this is from an older install but you can just rename it first and see if it breaks anything. If it doesn't, just go ahead and delete it
