I performed a security update on my server and it has caused my site to go down.

I get this message in my php logs:
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '......../media/foundry/3.1/joomla/framework.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in ......./components/com_easyblog/constants.php on line 225

It looks like I have foundry 2.1. What is going on and why would a unrelated security fix (jdk updates) cause this?
Hello cc-blog,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you investigate on this issues? Please advise.

We don't have FTP access as it is a Amazon instance that would require some setup with the proper certificates. I could provide back end access but I can't even create an account as the entire site is down because of this issue. Please advise. Perhaps I can install foundry 3.1? Or something else to work around this for now?

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. Please download the installation file and locate the 3.1 folder at

ZIPFILE/media/foundry/3.1

Copy this folder and place it in your site at

JOOMLA/media/foundry/3.1

This should solve your issue. If this does not help then I will really need to take a look at your file manager, and also backend. Hope this helps.

Thanks!
