forum terribly lagging

few users complained about the forum being very lagging ... (very slow to browse) ...
so i start to test it myself ... and yes indeed its slow ... when i try to scroll up or down ... it just doesnt respond for a few seconds ....

this is only on mobile view ...

what i tried so far is ...
#1 using mobile with wifi ... = same sow browsing ....
#2 disable responsive in template setting
#3 disable responsive in easydiscuss settings ...
#4 tried in incognito mode too .... in safari ...


this is a Apple Iphone im using ...

are you guys experiencing the same on your mobiles ?


btw ...i tested easyblog and works fine .. so does easysocial .... its just easydiscuss thats terribly lagging ...

wonder if its the template im using ... ? or maybe a template setting ... like CSS compression or JavaScript compression ... ? or easydiscuss setting .... ?

Hm, this is a tough nut to crack. Do you have any post that has lots of replies but does not have as many videos? From what I can see here, these videos are triggering quite a bit of load, http://screencast.com/t/avMWgDnAits

Ok ... I tried the Zinc theme and seems to work better ...

Now for thia theme there are fee things i need done, same things i had done fom other themes..

#1 i need the email field to be removed when guest adds a new topic

#2 same email field to be removed when guest adds new reply.

For both needs to be set to "not required"

#3 need to remove the field where users are choosing the category ... Im only using one... So would like to hide it and have all new topics added auto. to that category .

#4 in mobile view when i try usong the video button ... Its not shown right ... Cannot see the whole windowa that pops up...

Please let me know what files have been edited, i need to backup these files for future updates ...
