Hello,

When users post something on the forum, the notification email is pointing to a non-existing page.

For example, one notification sent to the users is pointing to:
http://cursos.portal-gestao.com/perguntar/teste-2

But to admins, the links is:
http://cursos.portal-gestao.com/component/easydiscuss/teste-2?Itemid=189

And this one works.

How can we fix this?

Thanks you,
Hello Nuno,

It seems like we cannot access your administrator area anymore. May I know if your issue has been resolved by enabling the menu item?

Hi Nuno,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I noticed all of your Easydiscuss menu item is disabled, check my screenshot below.

May i know what is the reason you disabled all the Easydiscuss menu item from all of your menu?

Uau, this is strange...

I have not disabled the menu items, I guess this is related with the migration to J3.

Hello,

The issue seems to be fixed.
I'm sorry, I had no idea the menu items had become unpublished with the migration to J3.
Thanks for your help!
