Fortumo for payplans?

Hi i am thinking to get payplan i found out there is a company named fortumo.com were users can use direct carrier billing for buying something instead their credit card. Does payplan have a payment gateway that support's something like that?if not is there is a way to implement their api to work with payplans?

Currently Payplans is not integrated with fortumo and any other payment method like fortumo.
