Hi Mark. No problem for delay. I'm not sure if the form component would need to integrate with the stream. If I use a form component like RS Forms on a page outside of easysocial but still in my site, easysocial pulls the article into the stream automatically. The logic/ programming you use for this feature is not known to me. But in theory, the article with the form would be present in the stream and members could, if they chose to, submit a code - or some type of data, yes?

I guess when you use an extension like RSForm, what actually happens is that it stores the data on Joomla articles and since we have a content plugin for Joomla articles, it is triggering that.

I am not really sure what you mean by "form would be present in the stream" though.
