For some reason - we started getting some weird errors on the backend of the site,

-> I've fix this issue by make some simple hack in the css to hide the error message, this error message was not causing any issue at all and this issue is not available anymore in our latest version of EasyDiscuss4x.

I would suggest to you to upgrade to the latest version in order to avoid any issue occured. And for your information, any update will be effect all the changes in your core file.

the the formatting on the category view does not look correct. Nothing was changed, at least from what I'm aware of.

-> I'm not really sure how it suppose to look like in your category view, maybe you can provide us with some screenshot.
