1. I have translated the date format, why not display correctly?

2. The date format has been translated only in the activity stream and activities-letters page display

3.Why translated field can not be synchronized to work properly?

It seems like that was some language issue, I already help you added this 2 language string in your Joomla language override file.
COM_EASYSOCIAL_DATE_DMY12H="Y年 , M j號 g:iA"

COM_EASYSOCIAL_DATE_DMY24H="Y年 , M j號 H:i"

it should work fine now.
