Currently, you have set it images sizes on you current plan as you can see here http://take.ms/V52EU. It will inherit those styling and included on the pdf. I have changed it to 300x195 and it should shown correctly now.

Thanks for this I guess it would make sense to have the images roughly 300x195 in the first place right?
I guess you applied this fix to the "BUG All Members PlanActive" to start with as I see that the image is smaller now.
I will apply the fix to the other two remaining plans myself.

There is still however a problem though.

Surely it is not normal that the 1st page is apart from the header, creation date and invoice paid is empty?

The description then come on the second page?

Not sure which creation date and invoice paid that you referring to currently. Right now, as your content too long, those descriptions will moved to next page.

Can you provide us with more details so that we can a better picture regarding this. Please advice.

Sorry for confusion on my previous reply as i thought you said that there are creation date and invoice paid on the pdf

By the way, currently, it is because your descriptions too long and will caused this issues to happen. I have remove two of your descriptions's paragraphs, it is showing as it should.

Maybe you can re-structures them into more shorter descriptions. Those descriptions will shown properly as it should. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

I have edited the descriptions now and this seems to work some of the times but other times not.
