It seems that you are using EasyBlog 5.0.37 in your live site. Actually for EasyBlog 5.1, email notifications are left aligned by default(http://take.ms/CurMl).
You can still change the styling of the email in the old version by editing the html styling in the email template files here:
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/emails/html/
The template.php file is the default template file for email notifications, and the rest belongs to the different notification items.
