Formatting (e.g. hyperlinks or paragraphing or lists) does not show on the blog homepage. You have to open up the whole blog before you see it formatted.
This is a problem if the blog is just a single sentence with a hyperlink - readers don't know to open it fully to click on the link.
Any suggestions?
Hello Jeanette,

I've tested in my local and seems like the hyperlink is displayed correctly on the frontpage: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-13_1137.png Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here?

Hi Jeanette Fitzmaurice,

Regarding your issue with anchor links not display correctly in your EasyBlog frontpage, this is because of your EasyBlog the post truncation setting. Currently you've set to truncate the post content by number or words. When this option selected, EasyBlog will trim out all the html tag so that EasyBlog can count the number of words correctly ( without accidentally counted html tag )

To fix your issue, I've reconfigure your blog truncation to truncate by 2 paragraphs. Please see http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-13_1225.png

Now the anchor links is displayed correctly in your EasyBlog frontpage. Please see http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-13_1227.png

Please verify again.
Hope this help and have a nice day
Sam

Ah yes. I see now "Truncation type: If set to characters or words, html will be stripped from the frontpage".
You are always very clear and helpful. Thank you.

Hi Jeanette Fitzmaurice,

Yes, you are right. Setting the truncation type to 'characters' or 'words' will actually removes the html tags.
Anyway, glad to hear your issue now resolved.

Have a nice day and wish you a great weekend
