Form not sending

Hello,

when we try to send a comment from the Komento form, after pressing the send button the button just shows that it's doing something (spinning symbol), but the process seems to "loop".

The site is installed locally, so I can't provide a link.

I attached the "looping" button.

Do you have any idea what could be the reason?

More info:

The above mentioned behavior was in Safari.

In Firefox it is the same only with the message:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data

Hi Bona,

There may be a number of reasons why this happens(errors relating to 3rd party components, cache system etc), but unfortunately we are not able to provide a solid answer for this without investigating the site first.

It would be best if you can make the site live, or set up a similar environment on a staging/test site so we can investigate the issue directly.
