Hello:
When a guest posts a comment in Komento using Chrome, the form-alert ul "Your comment is awaiting moderation" message does not appear at all (or else is absolutely positioned out of the viewport). The ul appears in FF and Safari - it would be helpful if we could bump up the persistence.
We are running arisexylightbox, btw.

Thank you,
Alan
Hello Alan,

I've tested it using Chrome and the message is displayed correctly: http://screencast.com/t/Nvk5o1at . Did I miss anything? Please advise.

Nick:
You are correct - no problems in Chrome (not sure what happened before)!
Now my client would like to know if:
1. we can change the position of the message - it's okay when commenting, but when replying to a comment, it is quite a ways above the reply field(s).
2. Make the message persist longer - maybe there is a 'sticky tooltip' option?

Perhaps one way to kill both birds would be to make the message a modal/lightbox popup.
Thanks again -
Cheers!
Alan

Hello Alan,

1. Currently, there is no setting to change the position of the message. But I will discuss with our developer about this additional feature. For now, you might want to upgrade to the latest Komento since we have added new feature to display a message below the form: http://screencast.com/t/AUc2pbYjn3L9 .

2. Yes, we have the option to stick the message. You can go to this setting: http://screencast.com/t/wN1XiHVmNl .

Hope this helps.
