Forgot password email not working

Hi,

I am having an issue with forgot password email. Users can click on the link, enter their email address and receive the email. The issue is that when they click on the link it takes them to the login screen that says "Message login first".

The forgot password page is set to Public Access.

Any help would be really appreciated. Admin access has been granted to you with the details below.

I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, but it seems like you provided that login credentials is not working. 


Warning

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

because I would like to create a new account from backend then try to click "forgot password" from frontend and check on this issue.

Also can you provide us with your FTP access as well?
