It seems like your current menu (Easysocial - User dashboard) doesn't set to public access so you have to manually create those following menu item under hidden menu.

- Forgot Password menu
- Confirm Reset Password menu
- Complete Reset Password menu

By the way, I've help you created those hidden menu on your site, can you give it a try and see whether it work correctly now?
