Hi guys.
I´m having problems with user having forced logouts.

http://joomla-5300-11869-69786.cloudwaysapps.com/
This is a test server but I´m experiencing the same issue on live site.

1. Start of with switching to english in footer menu (this have nothing to do with the problem)
2. Sign in with given frontend credientials.
3. In headermenu click User > My profile
4. In headermenu Click Calculation > Calculation items (this is basically articles)

Results in forced logout.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tested in your site and follow with your above step but it seems it didn't force the current logged in user to logout. Perhaps I missing some of the exactly step to reproduce this, can you try download Jing software from https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html then record a short video for us so we can try reproduce this issue in your test server?

Hey Emil,

I just tried this on your site with the same exact steps and I wasn't forced to log out What I did noticed is that your user account is different than the one you provided us. Can you try with the account that you provided us and see if this issue persists with the account?

Okay managed to replicate this with the robban user. I suspect that this could be caused by a 3rd party app but I can't seem to access the back end with the normal back end url. Can you please advise?

I have made some modifications in the following files.
Could this be the problem? The problem first occured with the latest update if I recall.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I suspect that was one of the plugin or application causing this issue, so I check from your plugins manager and try disable 1 by 1, but after that I hitting this error :

Fatal error: Class 'CkJLoader' not found in /home/21327-11869.cloudwaysapps.com/wwtmzqvfpu/public_html/administrator/components/com_estimator/helpers/loader.php on line 46


May i know do you have encounter this error in your site before?

Now I unable to enabled back these above plugin in your site.

By the way, I've to connect with your FTP server, but I hitting following error :
Status:	Connecting to 128.199.49.97:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server


If can provide us with youy PHPMYADMIN as well. (You can update your details into http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site )

Hello. Thank God for test servers right

I have never encountered that problem before. Im not sure what ckjloader is.

The port to SFTP server is 22. But i think your IP ended up in the blacklist now. Please send me your IP and I will add it to Whitelist.

Also I have added phpmyadmin credientials.

I have help you enabled back these plugins which I mentioned at above, then I noticed this app causing the issue, I have temporary disabled it -> http://joomla-5300-11869-69786.cloudwaysapps.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=apps&layout=form&id=22 , can you give it a try is it work fine now?

The first image is most likely due to the caching of your site. You should purge the cache I have re-enabled the story app for you now.

By the way, your test site is running on 3.4.5 and it's advisable to update to 3.4.6
