Hey hey how are you?

We've updated our registration on the dev site and am wondering how i can force people to update there profile as for example i need to get the old users to update their profile but as a must not just some random banner that sas you've only completed this X% of your profile, as things are required how can i get it that they can't do any thing until they have completed all required information
