font size of titles in list entry and main blog title

How do I change the font size of titles in the list entry and also the size of the main blog title?
I think I would like to have 28px for both. Please see attachment. Thanks.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You may use the css codes below to define the size of the title that appears on the toolbar and also the post's title,

font-size: 26px;
