It would be really great if we could follow or subscribe to topics and/or tags the way Quora works. It is difficult to cull though dozens of questions and I believe my users would rather subscribe to a certain topic or tag and receive notifications.

On that note, is there anyway to enable users to generate tags? I'd much rather go through and clean up tags once a week than receive all the email requests asking for added tags.
