Folder for uploaded files

Hi,

I am searching for the folder where uploaded files are saved. I would expect these files to be saved in media/com_easysocial/files because this path has been configured in the backend. But in this folder I can find only 5 documents. As we have about 3.000 users with files there must be another folder. I have searched long time but cannot find any other folder with uploaded files.

Can you please advise?

Hey Uwe,

Are you referring to the file manager in EasySocial? By default it is in /media/com_easysocial/files/users/ unless you have configured it to store in a different location

Hi Mark,
Yes. As I said this is exactly the folder where I would expect the files to be. But they are not in there. I have NOT configured any other folder. This is very strange. The files show in the profiles but they are not available in the respective folder. So where are they? That's my issue and question.
Ideas?

As I do not have access to the site, I can't really tell because on a stock default setup, this is where it stores the files
