Another bug bug with 3.9 installer:
Trying to upgrade from 3.9.14919 to 3.9.14929 and the installer hangs at 20% after extracting the patch files it gets a 'MD5 checksum for downloaded file error does not match'.

Then instead of cancelling out of the update it just keeps spinning.
Looks like the installer problems have been resolved. The last and the current upgrade to 3.9.15086 have both worked flawlessly, so I believe we now have a solution.
