First Image as Post Cover is every time enabled.

In Backend is the Feature desabled but in Frontend is enabled.

Hm, the latest 5.1.6 release should already resolve these issues. I can't seem to bypass this screen, http://take.ms/Ie4uk . Can you please advise?
