Hello,
where can I find the address for the rss feed for my Easyblog 5 posts? I'm trying to add my blog to my Amazon Author page, but keep getting the following error message:
"Error
The URL is invalid or this is the web page URL not the RSS URL. Please check for spelling or other errors."
Thank you,
John Nichol
Hello again.

I found that changing "https" to "http" in the feed address means Amazon accepts the feed. (This is using the address I get when I copy the link from the rss button on my blog).

Cheers,
John

Hey John,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The rss link is available on the "RSS" icon in EasyBlog's toolbar. Take a look at my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/Jb9Soo7h4p6P

Hi Mark,

thanks for the reply. Yes I found the rss link in the end. When I copied the link and added it to the Amazon page, it wouldn't work until I removed the "s" at the end of "http".

Interestingly, the same thing happened at feedburner when I entered there the rss link Easyblog specifies for feed burner: that is, feed burner insisted it was an invalid address until I removed that "s" (i.e., until I made it begin with "http" instead of "https".

When I followed feed burner's link to the w3c feed validator, that page said it was a valid feed but it could be improved; they listed all the code and the changes that should be made. Just a heads up in case you want to follow it up.

I still have lots to learn about Easyblog but it's coming along

Regards,
John
