Hi.

I created to users for my website.
I can login to the community with both usernames, but when I try to search for the other user, to add as a friend, no names show up.
How come?

best regards
Per
Hello Per,

Can you please check if there's any items indexed in the Smart Search at the back end of your Joomla site?

Hello Mark

Thanks for answering.
There are 6 elements indexed in Smart Search. And I can see them in the searchpanel inside my Community.

Hello Per,

Hm, can you try running the indexer again? Also if you search with Joomla's smart search, do you have any results?

Hello sofian,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
I think you misunderstood about the first question of this post, what he asking is when he trying to search username from the search area, then no any result show out. If you would like to access all friend page, you can click on the your toolbar menu "Friend", then it will show all your friend in that page. Hope this help.

Hello Sofian,

It's much appreciated that you start a new thread rather than replying to an existing thread with details that is totally unrelated to the initial question This would cause more confusions for the original thread starter and our support team.
