Regarding your inquiry, there is no apps/extension that we're working on that will cross-reference a user friend list on fb/twitter to determine if they are a user on EasySocial website.
Perhaps you can look on the app developed by TechJoomla here is it meet your requirement (For more information on this compatibility with EasySocial, maybe you could get in touch with them )
