Filters on left side don't work

Some sidebar links and filters don't work.

For example, for events clicking on admins or going does nothing.
This means that we can't approve pending members for private events.

I have tested this using the standard Joomla Prostar template and everything works fine. They only stop working when we use the latest Office template.

We have seen this so far on Event attendees, Custom search filters and Group member filters, but I'm sure there are lots of other affected areas.

Given FTP access seems to not working currently and seems like cpanel given always offline https://take.ms/J7EdY. Can you provide us with valid access so that we can further check this issues?

Strange....I'm using the cPanl right now and its working fine.
Same with FTP access.

I have reset the ftp URL and tested it with Filezilla and Chrome browser.
There shouldnt be any issues with logging in via FTP now

Any idea how long it will be?
Not having filters working is quite a serious issue for us, especially for events as event owners can no longer approve requests to attend private events.
