1- I read in the forum that there is no possibility to filter users according to the custom fields of their profile.
Is Easy Social possible to hack to get a such system ?
Or, would the feature soon be implemented ? It's a projet I have to finish in 8 months.

We are planning to add the new "profile filtering" in EasySocial 1.3 and you can then filter for users by profile type in the user listings.

2- Secondly, is there anyway to export users in a csv file (Excel) ?

Currently it is not possible to export users on csv file

Last question, if I use a component specialised in this function (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/migration-a-conversion/users-import-a-export), would it function with the easy social data base ? (By the way, does easy social use the same than Joomla ?)

We don't actually have "exporting" capabilities yet but we'll see if we can add this into 1.3. It really shouldn't be that difficult at all since all we need to do is to populate these data with a comma

Yes, EasySocial uses the same user base as Joomla but EasySocial's custom fields is located in it's own data table because Joomla doesn't have a table that supports this.

It will be great ! Actually I'm a teacher and I'm looking for buiding a site for elearning. Your component have some very ineresting abilies but for our administration we absolute need excel export.
Initially I was considering Community Builder but Easy Social's interface,the fact it seems easy to custom, and your efficient support are making the difference.

Is there approximatively a date for 1.3 ?
And last question, using a component specialised in excel export could fonction if I indicate the good data table ?

Thanks for the heads up on this! Unfortunately we don't have an ETA on this yet at this point of time I am not sure if there's any 3rd party extensions that does this.

By the way, when you mean export, do you just want to export in the format of name, and all the custom fields details?

Yes what I need is only the possibility to export in an excel file all the users with the custom fields.
It's for example if a teacher wants to have in an excel file all the students of a level with the custom fields
