Hi!
When I trying to edit users comments and save them, I get message
"Fill all required fields"
because, email field is empty.
But I have setting, that for guests email field is not required.
hello romagromov ,

I have a little bit lost here, do you mean that the guest user edit the user comment then hitting that error?

If not, can you elaborate more details regarding this issues so we can try to reproduce and check on this as well?

Also, can i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

Hello romagromov,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to edit a comment at the back end but it works fine for me as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/iUppDyvNVyNs . It did not actually enforce me to enter any email.

Hello romagromov,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,
Thanks for provide us more details regarding with your issues, so we can know that which part are you mentioned.
For the form required field shouldn't not be show out when the Super administrator edit the value from backend comment section, because the Super administrator should have the super privilege to avoid this.
Can you try download my attachment file and replace in JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_komento\views\comment\tmpl\default.php

Thanks. This file works
But I think, that super user must have permission to edit any comment without filling email field by default.
