Can you give us the precise path of those files so we can explain them more accurately?
For example: .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/streams/repost/stream/preview.php: This file is responsible to output reposted stream items(http://take.ms/Z0ms5).
The title files are generally for the title of stream items(https://www.screencast.com/t/qWlG2UFA).
You can append ?debug=1 at the end of the site url while logged in as admin to see the files that are responsible for the output.
