Files in the wrong directory

Hi,

Best wishes for 2020!!

We have a growing number of files in the media/easysocial directory. It should be in the storage/es/.. directory according to the settings? Can you please have a look what's going on?

Currently those user data will not expired, but you can delete the file from backend > Easysocial > users > download requests .

From what I see, it seems like this is the folder /public_html/media/com_easysocial/avatars/text/user/xx growing number of file when someone register on your site.

This folder is storing for those text avatar.

I will log into issue tracker.

The files are in the ../media/com_easysocial/downloads/.. directory. They include images, pdf, etc. They should be in the storage folder right?

Regarding this storage file path, we do not allow admin to change this storage path is because this /downloads/ folder store those user data who request to download their data on the site. (screenshot : https://monosnap.com/file/9OmkhMYH4KFEt4s0LQcyITFxl4Y7eP )
