File upload in Dashboard not visible for everyone

When a user uploads a file directly in the Dashboard ans selects audience "Everyone" or "Registered users", then only friends of this users can see the file-message in the Dashboard.

Is this behaviour right? I guessed it should be visible to everyone in the system now.

Currently, it should shown as it should to all users. May i know that its filter are for everyone and not me and friends as you can see here http://take.ms/E2MeR

By the way, is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
