we suffered a site wide disk failure and back up didn't work

easy blog is ok and all we need is to download the previous version of EasySocial Professional we purchased,but unable to do so unless we pay extra subscrpition of 150 pound.

can you not just give us a download of the versoin we purchased? we are not happy to be paying that amount of money just to get the previous purchased package back

I am sorry but unfortunately it is not possible currently to retrieve older versions of the software and you will need an active subscription to gain access to the latest version.

We are currently revamping our system to allow you to download versions up till the date of your expiration but it will not be available so soon.
