File extension error when trying to upload a pdf in group Discussion

Hi,

I am trying to upload a pdf document in group discussions using the file uploader. But I get the followng error:

File extension error.

DO I have to set the file types somewhere? I have gone through the settings and cannot see where this is done? Or are pdfs not acceptable?

I have also tried uploading a word doc and same problem.

Hi Mel,

I just tried to access your site with provided credentials but it seems like it returned me with the following error, http://take.ms/3RXLp . The same goes with the FTP access .

Anyway, can you try to download my attachment below and place it inside your administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/explorer/ folder and see how it goes?
