As this is a major release of Easyblog 6, you will need to download the launcher/full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then manually upload this installer from your site backend "Upload & Install Joomla Extension" page and proceed with the installation.

But I would like to recommend you that backup your site first before performing this update.

Or you can update this from your test site first and see if everything works fine then only perform this update on your live site.
