Currently, there are no specifics fields for contact number and if you edited them, it might caused issues on other fields also that using same fields with the one you used for your contact number, but if you insisted, may i know which field did you use for your current contact number? Or maybe you can provide us with your valid backend URL in order for us to access your backend for further check on this issues.

i think in es_mobile template the phone number must be directed to the phone,
I inserted this, as a photo, in the profile in protostar ,but I do not know how to insert it into the basic iformation in es- mobile (photo).

Currently, we dont have the exact field for Contact and you are using textbox for your contact number currently. It will not link you and it is required for you to do customization in order for you to achieve it. You can do customization on top of your customization files as i believe you already done some customization on this file .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/profile/default/default.php
