Field in popup window when ban user

Hello. I use iPhone 6 with Safari.
When I ban user at frontend I can see popup with field (reason) and this field is out of screen.

When I use “report” button and see similar popup, everything OK.

Thanks for reporting. I am able to reproduce the issue with the textbox width on mobile for user ban form.

Hello. I noticed that in RC it was as fixed.

But “min” was moved to second line under the field both value “0”.

I'm not really understanding the issue here. Can you provide us a screenshot on the issue with minutes field?
