In the language file there is an option to select whether or not to enable the creation of discussions for the page. But this field in the Backend - no
COM_EASYSOCIAL_FIELDS_PAGE_DISCUSSIONS="Enable Discussions"
I see, looks like we are missing this custom field. Will log this into our internal issue tracker.
