FFMPEG encoder not working

Hello
The audio or video files are uploaded correctly but FFMPEG encoder not working. I have clarified with the provider of the WMH Server that FFMPEG is installed correctly and the path /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg is still correct. I have no idea why the video and audio encoder no longer works.

It seems like you have disable this 'PASSTHRU' PHP function on your server, you can check my screenshot here : http://take.ms/fqiNT

Can you request with your webhosting provider to help you remove this 'passthru' from the PHP server and see how it goes?

Because FFMpeg library required to use this passthru PHP function to encoding the video/audio.

Thank you so much. It works now perfect again.
Recently we changed the server to apache 4. This caused the default setting - disable 'PASSTHRU' PHP function - in PHP 7.2.
