Hi There,

Audio is not loading on the website and when trying to upload in the backend it is saving but telling us to choose a new file. On the front end it just continuously loads however lets users download to listen.

We have removed passthru as we saw this on another ticket from 2020.
It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.
