Hello

I followed the info on another thread but I can't get the ffmpeg to work on my site. I have added the ffmpeg folder to my bin folder and have the path set to mydomain.com/bin/ffmpeg/ffmpeg and it's still showing wrong path?
Hey Jason,

The ffmpeg path is not a URL but instead it should be an absolute path to the executable. FFmpeg is an executable (binary file) which hosting provider installs on the server.

Hey Jason,

Yep, I believe Cloudaccess would be able to assist you. Just let them know that the guys from StackIdeas mentioned that in order to process video uploads, ffmpeg needs to exist and the ffmpeg binary needs to be executable by the web user.
